For me, the most important thing to capture on a wedding day is the feeling. I want your wedding photographs to evoke how you felt throughout the day as much as remind you of specific moments.
I strive to be as discreet as possible on the day, being an observer first and foremost, as do many documentary style photographers. I find this helps couples to relax and treat me as just another guest. My chosen style probably has something to do with being a researcher for ten years before becoming a professional photographer.
When I'm not photographing weddings and families, I'm chasing my two young sons around, often with our retired greyhound in tow.
