Capturing the raw energy and emotion of a wedding is something I thrive on. The images I take show the events of the day as they unfold and this doesn't stop with the couple portraits: no posing or awkwardness here. My approach is to instead find the connection that lies within each couple and allow them space to be themselves. The result is beautifully natural and authentic moments. I shot my first wedding in 2009 and decided three years later to leave teaching and instead turn my passion into a full-time career. I count myself very lucky to be a part of so many incredible wedding days and in return I have the chance to provide visual memories that will last a lifetime.
