I have been a full-time wedding photographer and owner of my company since 1998. I am based in New Jersey 30 miles outside of NYC - where I photograph frequently. I do not charge extra fees for weddings in NYC, Philadelphia, CT, and all of NJ. I do travel throughout the U.S. and abroad, and those fees are determined on an individual basis.
I am in my eighteenth year as a full time wedding photographer and owner of Images by Berit, Inc. 100% of my business is dedicated to photographing weddings, aside from contributions to various not-for-profit organizations. I estimate I have photographed over 900 weddings as the primary photographer.

I am a Certified Professional Photogragher (CPP) by the Professional Photographers Association. I earned this designation after meeting rigorous requirements measuring my artistic and technical competence. Professional Photographers of America currently recognizes less than 2,000 Certified Professional Photographers. Certified Professional Photographers must complete a written examination, an image evaluation, and adhere to a stringent code of conduct. Certification must be renewed on a periodic basis, ensuring continuing confidence in the professionalism of Certified Professional Photographers.
I am required, and want to, continue my education every year through various seminars and courses which also allow my to maintain my accredidation as a CPP.
