In addition to my business, I am a photography educator as well. I've taught classes at the annual Massachusetts chapter PPA conference, Evolve, and at one of the largest photo conferences in the US, Shutterfest, which is held in St. Louis.
On a personal note, I a mom to 2 dogs and 8 cats (I'm a really bad foster mom oops) and have an itch to travel as much as I possibly can while I'm still young-adjacent. I have a running list of all the countries I've seen so far on my websites About Me section and I'm always striving to add more to that list! I love living in New England and after a quick stint in Souther Florida, I think it's been solidified that I'm a Boston gal for life. If you want me to geek out, talk to me about Sleep Token, Severance, what book you're reading right now, where your favorite vacation was and why, and for my clients wearing a gown on their day- who's designing your wedding gown! I love bride fashion so much and if I weren't a photographer, I'd probably want to own or work at a bridal gown shop.
If you've read this far down, I hope I already feel like a friend :)
I'm located in East Walpole, MA. I will charge travel fees depending on distance. If we're headed out of state, I'll need my flight/accomodations/local travel covered, which I'll include in my quote I send to you so there aren't any hidden or surprise costs!
I've been in business officially since 2014! I've photographed too many weddings to count. Like seriously, how do people keep a number count of the weddings they've shot? Mind boggling.
Ok so hear me out: I started using the word cinematic for a lot of my work because clients tell me often that my photos feel plucked from a movie. Now, the word cinematic has been used by nearly half the photographer population so it does feel watered-down to me, BUT it's how my clients describe my work so I'm keeping it.
I customize every single wedding collection around what the couple needs. My pricing generally starts in the $6-7k range and goes up depending on hours, second shooters, albums, prints, travel, multiple-day coverage, etc. But since every wedding is a little different, and I love working with clients who don't always fit the mold of "traditional," I am absolutely happy to speak with anyone interested in working with me to see if we're a good fit for each other, even if their budget differs from my usual range.
I graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in photojournalism.
