I'm Eamonn McColgan, the owner of Treasure Box Photography. I'm a passionate wedding photographer based in Carrickfergus, Co. Antrim in Northern Ireland. I love helping couples create and capture magical memories on their big day.
I believe that weddings are about more than just the ceremony and the reception. They're about the journey that two people take together, from the moment they meet to the moment they say "I do." I want to capture all of those moments, both big and small, so that my clients can look back on their wedding day with joy and nostalgia for years to come.
I'm a natural, candid photographer. I don't like to overly pose my clients or force them to act a certain way. I prefer to let the moments unfold naturally and capture them as they happen. I believe that this approach results in more genuine and heartwarming photographs.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?
I cover wedding photography in Northern Ireland, Donegal, Monaghan & Cavan. If I need to drive more than two hours to the wedding venue there’s a wee travel fee.

Donegal born but currently based in Carrickfergus just outside Belfast. I love to travel throughout the province and capture beautiful treasured memories with my cameras.
I have an easy going, non pushy style and pursue taking natural photographs of people enjoying the moment.
I love Star Trek, rock music and, above all, my wee family. My wife and I got married in 2016 - two years later we had twin boys, and also have a crazy cockapoo dog called Zappa. So I know how to handle high pressure situations!

With so many incredible wedding photographers to choose from on our wee island, Eamonn's images stood out for their attention to detail and his ability to capture all the emotions of the day.
