Tony has been documenting life for over 15 years, from his college newspaper to over eight years at one of the more prominent newspapers in Pennsylvania. Seeking a more exciting adventure, he left solid ground to sail around the world with Semester at Sea as their staff photographer.

Upon his return, he lived in Washington, DC for a few years where he was the primary photographer for one of the largest universities in the heart of the city. After he married his beautiful wife, an assistant professor at Yale University, they moved to New Haven, CT and now have a beautiful baby boy. He's been working with JAGstudios for three years.

I am a hardworking, focused and energetic individual that enjoys all aspects of the shooting process... My style is very non-obstructive, combined with an artistic, organic and photojournalistic feel. Photojournalism is a unique and powerful form of visual storytelling, and I feel best represents the candid emotion of a wedding day. I am half of Tiny Human Photography, my husband Noah is the other half We started Tiny Human so that we could work together and it led us to wedding photography, a great addition to our admiration for love stories.

I have been blessed to find "home" on three different continents, and I speak fluent English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

I guess becoming fearless came before I even became a photographer. I went to college and graduate school in the medical sciences and worked in medicine for 10 years before I took a class on film photography by chance. What came after that one semester was a whirlwind; I quit my job and became a photographer with little more than a camera and a lot to prove.

What drives my interest in photography is finding genuine emotion- all of it- the ecstasy, the loneliness, the apprehension, the silliness, the nameless surge of feelings that well up in your chest when you look at a scene. It is not so unlike the experience of working in the emergency room or in transplant, both of which I had.

I travel widely and specialize in two genres- classical music performance and wedding photography. I am forever exploring, forever searching for the next moment.
