I sorta fell into photography after graduating from Behavioral Science (the study of human behavior - like those FBI agents on Criminal Minds but without the murdering and press conferences). I was drawn to photographing people on the streets living their lives and discovered (through working as a second shooter for a couple of fearless photogs) that weddings were an incredible rush of "you get one chance at this" and "wow there's free cake!"

I take an adventurous approach to creating something personally reflective of each couple I work with and relish every second of every day I get to document a love story.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

travel within the 401 corridor of montreal / windsor is included but accommodations may be required for full day commissions outside of 350KM

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

I've been shooting since 2009 and have photographed more than 150 weddings as the primary photographer since (I average 25-30 per year) add another 100 as a second shooter (and I still second shoot whenever I can for friends who have a need)

Do you have a studio where we can meet in-person?

I like to meet in a pub for a pint (or a glass of wine) ...if you don't want to have a drink that's cool too, The spot I usually meet people at has fantastic coffees available also. If you're from out of town I'm always available to Skype / Facetime / Zoom

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?

I'm a member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association and the Professional Wedding Photographers of Canada

Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

I'm the father of a delightfully awesome 12 year old kid and a husband of 20+ years to a supportive and amazeballs wife. In the off season I play drums for a few bands to keep my creative spirits alive and to continue a lifelong obsession with playing music.
