Contact Courtney Larson

Honest. No matter what I am photographing, from the candid to the formal portraits, I strive to have my photographs be an honest and beautiful representation of each unique wedding day. There is risk in sharing honestly, so my clients are a kind of daredevil too. Together we break the rules and capture moments and memories worth remembering.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

Based out of Phoenix, AZ and travels worldwide.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

Documenting moments for 6 years, wedding specifically for 2 years.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

Honest, raw, personal. I believe couples should live in their moments, not stage them. Although there is a place for portraits, my artistic voice looks for the real, spontaneous emotion and moments that will naturally happen throughout your wedding day.

What's the typical wedding coverage package that you offer? What is the price?

I offer build-your-own coverage so that each wedding gets exactly what it needs. Coverage begins at 3200.00 with the average couple spending 4500.00.

Do you have a studio where we can meet in-person?

We can meet somewhere local to you, if you are in the Phoenix area or via Skype.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?

I am an educator with Click Photo School and teach a course called Visual Rhetoric: Becoming a better storyteller. I also have two ebook courses for photographers, (Finding Freedom in Chaos: The art of on-location storytelling & Light Seekers). I travel yearly to teach at Click Away, a photography conference for female photographers on the topic of photojournalism. I was named One of the Top 100 Photographers to Follow in 2016 and I am currently an ambassador for Canon, contributing educational articles and experience for other photographers. Pretty much, people dig my stuff and I dig teaching them how I do it.
