As a daughter of a wedding photographer I got inspired by my father. He taught me all I needed to know about photography. And here we are...
I'm based in The Hague, The Netherlands. Yes, travel fee will be included in my invoice, outside my hometown.
I'm for 36+ years in the industry, starting in the film era, along with my father. Who used to be a wedding photographer for living, like I am now. I have always been the main photographer, after 2 weddings with my father back then.
I do editorial and journalistic, mixed. Depending the wishes of my clients.
€3000,- for about 10-12 hours coverage.
No, I don't own one myself. I always do a meet up with clients at their place or halfway at a meeting point. Like a restaurant or the wedding venue where they will be celebrating their day.
Like I mentioned, my father was my teacher, back in the film era. In the digital era, I am totally self taught.
I don't like plain, dull photos, the crazier, the better. And I love helping my clients with their preps for the big day. It can't hurt anyone to help. I also create memory beads to add a detail of a loved one who can not attend to the big day. People can order from my site. But when clients book me, I give it as a small token of appreciation for booking me.
