I'm a Lancashire based photographer and have been photographing since leaving college quite a few years ago. I won't tell you how many years as that might give away my age...

With experience in a variety of disciplines, be assured I will capture you day and make everyone feel at ease during the whole process. I avoid the typical awkward posing and try to shoot as naturally as possible. My approach means that I will become a part of your wedding, I will capture all the important moments (plus all those little table details you've spent hours planning), whilst you celebrating with family and friends.

If you are looking for someone, who will blend in with your guests, share their jokes, help with buttonholes, pour some drinks and be an extra friend on your special day, whilst taking some natural photographs.

When not photographing at weddings, I provide services to magazines and have published work as a concert photographer, I organise workshops teaching light painting and represent the UK as part of the Light Painting World Alliance, I also shoot portraits, adults and children alike whether they be standard or creative.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

I am based in Darwen, lancashire but I will travel. Anything within 40 miles is included, anything over that will incur a mileage charge :)

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

I have been a photographer since leaving college (Many many years) but I have been photographing weddings as a main photographer since 2013.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

I aim to fit in and try to avoid the 'Normal' shots unless requested. I would describe my 'style' as documentary however we all know that no 2 weddings are the same.

What's the typical wedding coverage package that you offer? What is the price?

Full day wedding package is my most popular package, all bells and whistles for £999. I do cater for smaller/bespoke weddings and will work with anyone to try and fit in with their needs

Do you have a studio where we can meet? Do you use Skype?

Teams/Zoom or we can meet for a brew, I am flexible.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?

I have studied various courses and regularly attend workshops and seminars to ensure I stay inspired. I also have other creative projects, some of these projects help me think about attempting shots that aren't 'Normal' some work and some will never see the light of day, but I like to try.

Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

I Like tea and biscuits. Enjoy live music and absolutely love art and photography. Good photography in my opinion isn't necessarily about being technically perfect, it's about personality and a connection with the people you are working with.
