I shoot weddings the way they actually happen. Most of my day is spent in the thick of it with your bridesmaids, your dad, your nan who's already three Proseccos in getting the real stuff because I'm actually there for it, not hovering at a distance with a long lens.

Then somewhere in the middle of all that, I make a frame that stops people mid-scroll. Not posed. Just built. Something that couldn't have existed without me seeing what I saw and making the call I made.

I cap at 25 weddings a year because I care about doing it properly. My photos are true-to-colour and shot to last, no trends, no filters, nothing you'll cringe at in 2040.
If you want someone who'll get properly stuck in, have a laugh, and come back with photos that actually look like your wedding? We'll probably get on.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

I'm based in Shropshire and shoot across Shropshire, Staffordshire, and the West Midlands with no travel fee. For weddings further afield across the UK, I'll let you know if an overnight stay is needed — accommodation gets added to the package at cost, nothing marked up.
Destination weddings are absolutely on the table. Flights and accommodation vary too much to give a fixed number here, so just get in touch and we'll work it out between us.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

14 years in business, 700+ weddings as lead photographer.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

Eighty percent documentary, twenty percent Holy Shit.

Most of my day is spent in the thick of it. In the room, part of it, but not directing it. The real moments your mum's face when she sees you, your mate losing it during the speeches, the quiet five minutes you didn't know anyone was watching, those happen when nobody's performing for a camera.
My job is to be the person nobody's thinking about.
The other twenty percent is something different.
One or two frames per wedding that couldn't have existed without me specifically being there, seeing what I saw, and making the call I made. Wide composition, available light used in a way most people wouldn't think to use it, off-camera flash where it earns its place. Not posed. Built.
And everything is true-to-colour. No dark and moody. No muted greens. No over-warmed tones that'll look dated in five years. Photos that look like your wedding actually looked, just on its best day.

What's the typical wedding coverage package that you offer? What is the price?

Full day coverage, prep to dance floor. Typically 10 to 12 hours, which covers everything from getting ready through to the night doing its thing.
One package, no confusing tiers. Starting from £2,500.

Do you have a studio where we can meet in-person?

No formal studio. If you want to meet before booking, I'm always up for a coffee, just not the sit-down-with-a-questionnaire kind. A proper chat over a drink, get a feel for each other, see if we get on. Most couples also find a call or WhatsApp does the job just as well.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?

No formal qualifications. 14 years and 700+ weddings as lead photographer. That's the qualification.

Everything I know came from doing it, thousands of hours in real rooms, at real weddings, with real couples who trusted me to get it right. I've invested heavily in education along the way, but the work is where it actually gets learned.

Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

Here's what I actually care about. Not the awards. Not the Instagram numbers. Not whether the photos win anything.

I care that when your gallery lands in your inbox, you cry. Not because the photos are beautiful, although they will be, but because they look like your wedding. Your people. Your day. The version of it that actually happened, not the version you performed for a camera.

That's the whole job. Everything else is just how I do it.

If you've read this far and something's clicked, just get in touch. No formal enquiry form, no weird questionnaire. Just tell me about your wedding and we'll go from there.
