Photography is a way of life for me; a way of seeing, a way of being. I specialize in the precarious, out-of-the-box, in-the-moment, shed-a-tear, non-posed, shock-and-awe, laugh-out-loud type of imagery. Every moment of a milestone event that I capture for my clients is frozen in time forever, so I want to make it count! I approach each event as a photojournalist sharing a unique and wonderful story of real-life, true love. Respectful love of oneself, love between a romantic couple, between family, between friends. A brand new love being formed on a chaotic dance floor between two families becoming one. There are so many micro-moments between the big, center-of-attention happenings that deserve to be captured, shared, and remembered. It takes a sense of fearlessness to gear-up and head-out for whatever adventure my clients want captured, knowing that my images could forever capture the way they felt in any given moment. The love I have for every single opportunity that I have been entrusted with knows no bounds! I will always be ready, camera-in-hand for the raw and precious moments of life.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

Asheville, NC . When traveling outside 100 mile radius, travel fees will be discussed & included upfront in photography contract.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

7 Years. I have photographed over 200 couples for engagements, elopements, destination weddings, mega-weddings, and everything in-between.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

Photojournalist. Documentary. Raw emotions. Real moments. True-to-life color with an extra punch of dramatic contrast. I also include some Black & White edits.

Do you have a studio where we can meet in-person?

I do not have a studio but I love meeting up with my couples at coffee shops, breweries, or whatever tickles their fancy. Zoom, Skype, FaceTime are all wonderful options for my out-of-town couples.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?

Business Administration degree, LeTourneau University 2013. Photography & Graphic Design degree, Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale 2015. Fearless Second Photographers. Taylor Jackson Photography's Photo & Video Education Courses 2019. Justin & Mary Marantz Photography's "Built to Last" Summit 2019. Jerry Ghionis Photography Mastermind course 2020. I am an active member of Creative Live workshops and online continuing education.

Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

Your wedding photographer is going to be on your tail ALL day long -- make sure you choose a photographer who you vibe with on a personal level & understands & thinks of you as more than 'just another wedding gig'. Only then will your final images emulate who you are as a couple & how you felt during this part of you love journey.
