Christelle has been shooting weddings for more than a decade and covered 600+ weddings as the main shooter. Her style is creative, unique and innovative. Her images portray unscripted emotion that show the wedding day as it happens with all the in-between moments and memories.

Her work speaks for itself with many international accolades, awards and publications. She won 'Best wedding photographer" by Admired in Africa and ranked in the top 100 best wedding photographers by various associations for the past 5 years.

Christelle remains humble and believes that one is 'just as good as your last job'. Her objective is always to provide her clients with powerful, creative and storytelling images - beautiful photos with the clients' personality and emotions shining through. She also focus on creative portraits that show the client's personalities as well as their unique love and location.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

I live in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, but I travel to most of my weddings across South Africa and Africa. Flights are affordable and available from Cape Town to anywhere in the world. A customized travelling quote will be given for destination weddings in exchange for a barter agreement.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

This is my 17th year as a wedding photographer and I have photographed over 600 weddings as the main photographer.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

I always aim to showcase the couple's personalities, their souls and their unique love with my images. My photos are therefore storytelling and focused on the in between moments of raw, unscripted emotions. I also focus on creative portraits that show the client's personalities as well as their unique love and location. In 20 years, I would love my clients to look back at their wedding photos and relive the love, the joy, the tears, the laughter when looking at their photo album.

What's the typical wedding coverage package that you offer? What is the price?

I do full-day coverage with no hourly limits. I believe a wedding day is so special that one should document it from start to finish. In addition to full-day wedding coverage, I also offer a 3-hour package for those intimate and elopement weddings or just a post-wedding photo shoot.

Do you have a studio where we can meet? Do you use Skype?

I do not have a studio and am available for skype meetings.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?

Christelle did our wedding in September last year and it was an absolute pleasure. She was professional and amazing to work with from the very beginning. One of the most stressful things when planning our wedding day was deciding who would be our photographer. After much research and speaking to family and friends in the Garden Route, Christelle was a clear recommendation. From the initial contact, to choosing our package, engagement shoot, timeline planning, on-the day collaboration and all the photos that have followed afterwards, we had the best time!
