The core style of Mott Visuals Weddings can be found in Justin's creative roots as an editorial photographer. For almost a decade he has photographed stories on assignment throughout Asia for the largest and most prominent publications and media outlets in the world including The New York Times, New York Times Style Magazine, TIME, Forbes, CNN, BBC, and The Wall Street Journal.
Using the beauty of natural light and his years of experience as a visual storyteller capturing natural moments Justin adapted this editorial style to create a unique style of wedding photography. We offer our clients, unique, believable and memorable images and films that tell a story.
Our global team of associate photographers and cinematographers all come from a storytelling and editorial background.
-Let Us Tell Your Story
I am based in Vietnam but I cover all of Southeast Asia and beyond. My fees are all-inclusive so no hidden travel fees or expenses.
I've been shooting weddings for 10 years and I've shot over 120 weddings in this regions. I've covered a variety of diverse cultural weddings including Vietnamese, Thai, Western, Indian, Chinese, Malay, and much more.
I've worked for the New York Times in SE Asia for over a decade so my style is heavily influenced by my work as a photojournalist. I'd describe my style as photojournalistic mixed with documentary and candid.
I travel often so Skype is typically the best option to set up a call.
I studied photojournalism at San Francisco State, I've shot over 100 assignments for the New York Times and I'm a Canon Ambassador. In addition to Fearless photographer I'm also a member of Junebug weddings.
I believe strongly in storytelling and capturing natural moments and I feel my experienced background in photojournalism helps me do so in my wedding photography.
