My goal as a photographer is to tell the real story of your special day, without being too present and directive. I love to 'go with the flow' of the day to get the most spontaneous, fun and sincere moments on photo.

If people tell me that they were very comfortable all day long, and that they almost forgot I was in their company, I take that as a big compliment! That means to me that I captured real emotions and moments, exactly what I'm aiming at.

Freek Nagtzaam is specialized in capture the right moment. We like to photograph real, spontaneous moments at your wedding. We capture the moments that are predictable. But even more the real pure moments at your wedding with all the emotions that belong to this day. That's why we named our company PlaTiMo photography. It means photographing on te right Place, Time and Moment.

Ik ben een enthousiaste maar ontspannen fotograaf. Ik hou niet van overgeposeerde trouwfoto's, maar ook niet van nonchalante, rommelige foto's. Mijn doel is om pure foto's te maken, de dag vast te leggen hoe hij echt is, inclusief de 'awkward' momenten. Maar ik ben ook van nature erg bezig met symmetrie, mooie lijnen, rustige beelden waardoor ik foto's wil maken die gelijk aanspreken.

As a wedding photographer its my goal to capture the most beautiful moments at your wedding. It's not only my goal, I'm addicted to these moments. That's what we live for and that is what you will see in our images, beautiful moments and amazing moments.

Mijn bruidsparen omschrijven me als enthousiast, ongedwongen, toegankelijk en lief. Wanneer bruidsparen me enthousiast noemen dan slaan ze meteen de spijker op zijn kop, het klinkt super cliche maar omdat fotografie zowel mijn hobby, beroep en mijn bedrijf is ben ik echt de grootste bofkont die ik ken! Het zijn van die kleine dingen waar ik zo heerlijk enthousiast van kan worden en elke bruiloft is voor mij weer een sport om juist die kleine dingen en kleine maar oh zo speciale momentjes te pakken en vast te leggen.

My style as a photographer reflects my personality. I love contrasts, looking at things from the inside out. I am emotional, strong yet vulnerable and I have a raw edge. And so does my photography.

Little posing, often with a wink, but always according to your wishes. I will come to you before the wedding. Then we discuss your wishes.
