Axel komt als hoofdfotograaf naar jouw bruiloft en dat is geen wonder. In 2012 sleepte hij de Overall Bruidsfoto Award in de wacht, in 2014 veroverde hij de Bruidsfoto Award in de categorie Bruid en in 2015 kreeg Axel de Master Wedding Photography Award. Internationale erkenning kreeg hij met de Fearless Awards. Axel heeft vele nominaties en eervolle vermeldingen op zijn naam, waaronder de PIA-D'or. Als fotograaf speelt Axel vooral met licht en het juiste standpunt. Hij heeft een journalistieke manier van fotograferen, zoekt naar sfeerbeelden en gezichtsuitdrukkingen die de dag typeren. Zoals het gespannen gezicht van de bruidegom net voordat hij zijn stralende bruid ziet, of de traan van oma tijdens het jawoord.

I'm a wedding photographer from Alkmaar with a journalistic & colorful style. I approach each wedding day in a documentary way with as little posing as possible. I love to capture the spontaneous and unexpected moments that happen. My pictures radiate fun, love, emotion and spontaneity and reflect each wedding day exactly as it happened.

Jacqueline Dersjant (PHTGRPHR) is an international award winning photojournalist known for her candid, documentary approach. Jacqueline's expressive photography is about capturing special moments and emotions between people. Her reportage style is up close with a great sense of humor. She is committed to capturing the reality and has an eye for spontaneous, once in a lifetime moments that feel honest.

Jacqueline has received several awards such as Fearless, WPJA, PANL and Px3. Her images are intimate and fun(ny) telling a true story. All photos are taken in a relaxed, sympathetic and unobtrusive way. She usually works with a second shooter and loves to collaborate to inspire and learn from each other.

Being the owner and founder of Shootinq Jacqueline organizes events like the Fearless Conference and Foundation Workshop in Amsterdam. Her aim is to bring the best international wedding photographers together to share their passion and expertise.

I aim to make great documentary-style wedding photography in a fresh and stylish way. My photographs try to tell a story about you, your family and friends and what's possibly one of the most memorable days of your live.

Sometimes my photographs are bright and colorful, sometimes very simple in black and white but they always try to tell a story. Apart from a distinctive style I also offer unique handmade albums of the highest quality, 100% made in our own studio.

De tijd even stilzetten op jullie mooiste dag, graag vertel ik doormiddel van beeld jullie persoonlijke verhaal. Mijn stijl is journalistiek, warm, creatief en romantisch. Iedere bruiloft is vergelijkbaar met een levensverhaal waarin de connectie tussen familie en vrienden centraal staat. Ik zet tijdens de grote dag vrijwel niks in scene, en leg de momenten zo echt en eerlijk mogelijk vast. Being able to freeze the time is one of the best superpowers to have. As a documentary wedding photographer, I am aware of having this power and using it at the right moments. Capturing pure love, emotional moments and hilarious events is the biggest gift I can give my bridal couples. When they give me trust in what I do, feel and see, they will receive the most pure love story for their special wedding day.
