Andy Gaines is a photographer based in the north of England and working all over the UK and Europe. A focus on story telling, Andy takes a natural documentary approach to weddings. Winner of the Best Uk Documentary Photographer 2022 (This is Reportage), JuneBug Weddings 'Best of the best' for a number of years, and more. Andy co runs NineDots, an education community for wedding photographers.

I've always loved capturing true, honest moments, and for me there's no single event that best encapsulates all the emotions we go through, than a wedding. Excitement, nerves, relief, elation - it's all there, and it's about letting you relax and enjoy the day you've spent all those hours on planning, whilst I go about ensuring all those memories are never forgotten.

I'm a destination wedding photographer based in Edinburgh, Scotland and I'm incredibly passionate about capturing beautiful images that tell your story in the most natural,
elegant and artistic way.

For the last 5 years it's been a privilege to work with clients all over the world, gaining a lot of friends along the way. I've shot weddings all over the UK, Santorini, New York City, Verona, Lake Como, New Zealand and Atlanta Georgia to name a few.

I really do have the best job and it's never taken for granted. Being a photographer is such an honour and I feel so privileged I get to make a career from it.

Originally from the beautiful Cathedral city of Lincoln, I spent almost 2 decades living in London before relocating to the east Kent coast. I now live a stone's throw from the beach with the two men in my life; Steve, another wedding photographer and Ozzy our French bulldog.

I travel all over the UK and sometimes further afield for weddings. I thrive on shooting somewhere new, and approach every wedding with the same enthusiasm. Every wedding is unique, and as such I won't produce formulaic or contrived images, but rather react to what is happening in front of me to capture the very essence of you, as individuals, and how you have chosen to celebrate your day.

My background is in Fine Art and it creeps into my work, from how I use natural light creatively, to how I frame the scene in front of me. I will photograph your day without direction, intervention or prompting. Real moments, real emotions, captured discreetly and creatively to tell the unique story of your day.

I'm Nadine, a creative story teller fuelled by the excitement, the nerves, the pride, the overwhelming happiness, the nostalgia, laughter, tears, chaos and general shenanigans you find at a wedding. Its these entirely natural emotions that make the most precious images and where they are happening at a wedding is where you'll find me!

As you'll see from my images, I like to fully immerse myself in the action as believe it or not, that's where I find I'm least obtrusive. Getting people to see me more like a guest means they quickly lose any inhibitions about my camera allowing me to capture the most natural of reactions up close and personal.

I live just outside London, but travel all over the UK and the world to capture these unique stories - there is nowhere I won't go for a decent wedding so if you like what you see here do get in touch, I'd love to hear what you have planned!

Looking for real authentic moments and finding creative ways to shoot them is what I strive to achieve. To do this I think it's so important for couples and guests to feel good in my company, so I work hard to ensure they don't see me as a wedding supplier. Getting people to open to me in a short space of time is really important and helps to capture those amazing real moments. I love photography and people, so wedding photography is like a playground to me!!

I'm Francesca, originally from Italy but have been living in the UK since 2002. I've been photographing weddings since 2016 and each one is unique with its own story.
