Whether you want 100 guests or just the two of you, I love to capture the unplanned candid shenanigans just as much as a dreamy portrait combined with the epic views of your location.

ALL couples celebrated. I'm in the LGBTQ+ community and body positive. I'm upbeat all of the time and my images reflect my excitement for everyone who gets to chose each other in every unique way possible. I'll help you into great light so your candid moments are the most beautiful, flattering and natural. Great communication, stunning images, and a supremely fun experience is what I pride myself on. We are a husband & wife wedding photography studio based in the greater Denver area. For us, there is nothing that helps accent a bride better than a Rocky Mountain sunset or snow-capped peaks in the distance. Colorado and its array of people and locations has given us a unique opportunity to push our photography and grow as artists.

One of our favorite things about being wedding photographers is discovering how each couple is unique, and that each love is different. It is such an amazing opportunity to share the coming together of a couple as they begin their lives together as one.

Our clients come to us looking for a different type of photography... They love our unique fusion of landscape and portrait photography. We often get weird looks when we climb trees or wade out into a stream with expensive camera gear, but it's all a part of creating something different. It's about giving our clients a piece of wall art instead just a bunch of tight 8x10 portraits.

~ Events are in my blood. I grew up in a family-owned catering business and planned events at Georgetown University before I ever picked up a camera.
~ If I see a dog, I consider it to be a good day.
~ I spent the first part of the pandemic befriending the squirrels in our backyard. I've given them names.
~ My idea of a perfect evening is a warm blanket, a good book and a glass of whiskey.
~ I'm a meticulous notetaker. I have dozens of notebooks with funny sayings on the covers. A current favorite is "F*cking Brilliant Ideas."
~ Jesse and I met on spring break in the Bahamas. He offered to buy me a drink. It was an all-inclusive resort.

Weddings are about capturing the unique beauty in each couple and the moments that come with it. Every wedding is its own story and should never be approached the same way.

As a husband and wife team, we are constantly working on fusing the art and story behind each wedding. We are willing to go wherever it takes to get the image. Living in Colorado has provided us with some great backdrops and unique settings for weddings. We are known to go 'off the path' to get the shot, even if that means tromping through a stream, climbing a tree, or getting our cloths a little dirty.

In my approach to weddings, I want my images show the people who didn't attend what happened, while also showing those who did something that they didn't already see.

I live for telling stories and documenting moments not only at weddings but also from the sidelines of college and professional sports for major national clients like Getty Images and Sports Illustrated. When you really think about it, sports and weddings are similar because you often only have one chance to document a fleeting moment. It's something that you have to be able to anticipate and I thrive on that kind of pressure.

Access is everything when it comes to capturing unique images. I work hard to develop a rapport with yourselves but also your parents, friends, family and other guests. My goal is to become part of your inner circle in a way that people forget that I have a camera and that's when I'm able to photograph something really special.

We are a photojournalistic-style husband and wife team based out of Northern Colorado. We have a background in photojournalism, where we developed a love for storytelling and capturing moments that bring photos to life.

We've worked around the country spending time with people from diverse backgrounds. These instincts help us document weddings as they unravel, while being unobtrusive. Photography has enabled us to travel, meet incredible people and share their stories; we are truly grateful for all the encounters and opportunities that being behind the camera has allowed us to experience. We love to go hiking, explore the beautiful outdoors, and push our creative limits as photographers.

I love providing natural outdoor photography for fun-loving, adventurous couples. I excel at capturing the scenery and feel of the location while still showcasing the couple and their personalities. My approach is a more laid-back, journalistic style but I mix in stunning artistic portraits as well.

I firmly believe that it all matters... the dress, the shoes, the portraits, the family formals, all of it, but moments will be what you love the most. You've heard that after the flowers wilt and the music is over, you'll have your spouse, a ring on your finger, and the photos. Sometimes though, the importance of portraits and contrived recreated Pinterest images become over inflated. Years from now, what will bring a tear to your eye, a huge smile to your face, what you'll want to show your children are the moments. The kiss grandma gives you right after the standard formal portrait, dancing with your parents, your friends' crazy antics, the tears of joy, the ugly-face laughs, dance floor insanity, and that spontaneous thing your new husband or wife did when they became overwhelmed with love for you... Those are the priceless images that you will hold most dear. Not necessarily those shots of you staring off together looking like supermodels. We'll get those too, though!

I'm Sean, and I'm a full-time wedding photographer based in Fort Collins, CO. I don't fabricate moments or force fake emotions - I'm a storyteller. Focusing on capturing real, candid moments is my priority all while creating bold and vibrant environmental portraits.

I started my career as a photojournalist for the Orange County Register in Southern California. I took what I learned from that experience and applied it to the world of weddings which has brought me where I am today. As of 2022 I've shot over 550 weddings and hundreds of engagement sessions and other events. I love capturing couples' love stories in Colorado and througout the country. I specialize in wedding and engagement portraits, but I'm always up for a new challenge!
