~ I have a rare form of synesthesia called Ordinal Linguistic Personification. It’s super weird, but it makes life more interesting.
~ I love to travel. I recently flew to Bogotá, Colombia for a root canal and you wouldn’t believe how inexpensive it was.
~ My wife, Moira, and I have been together for 19 years and not a day goes by that I don't wonder just what in the hell she sees in me.

Weddings are about capturing the unique beauty in each couple and the moments that come with it. Every wedding is its own story and should never be approached the same way.

As a husband and wife team, we are constantly working on fusing the art and story behind each wedding. We are willing to go wherever it takes to get the image. Living in Colorado has provided us with some great backdrops and unique settings for weddings. We are known to go 'off the path' to get the shot, even if that means tromping through a stream, climbing a tree, or getting our cloths a little dirty.

I truly believe that a great photographer is one that is brave enough to allow their personality to come out through their work. I love to laugh, make others laugh, cry at stupid sentimental YouTube videos, squeeze my dog harder than any other loved one, travel to places no one else would think to go and connect with the world on a personal level through curiosity. I believe that you can see those things in my work and that is really the only thing that sets me apart from the photographer next to me. My job is simply to make pictures that no one else could make because it's simply about me and my clients, and that is what makes it so personal. I work just as hard on connecting with my couples and their loved ones as I do documenting their love for one another. Oh, and the crazy celebration afterward where I am often times found dancing with my camera in my face.

We are a husband & wife wedding photography studio based in the greater Denver area. For us, there is nothing that helps accent a bride better than a Rocky Mountain sunset or snow-capped peaks in the distance. Colorado and its array of people and locations has given us a unique opportunity to push our photography and grow as artists.

One of our favorite things about being wedding photographers is discovering how each couple is unique, and that each love is different. It is such an amazing opportunity to share the coming together of a couple as they begin their lives together as one.

Our clients come to us looking for a different type of photography... They love our unique fusion of landscape and portrait photography. We often get weird looks when we climb trees or wade out into a stream with expensive camera gear, but it's all a part of creating something different. It's about giving our clients a piece of wall art instead just a bunch of tight 8x10 portraits.

I left the newspaper world in 2006 to pursue wedding photography full time, and I haven't looked back once. Documenting weddings has taken me all over Colorado, the United States, Mexico, Europe and the Caribbean, and into the inner spaces and passionate celebrations of hundreds of families. I am profoundly grateful for the clients who have entrusted me to capture their big days.

I approach weddings with sensitivity and humor, and I let events unfold organically and with honesty. I try to tell stories and document connections between people -- between bridesmaids as they get ready; between fathers and mothers as they watch ceremonies and recall their own, many years before; between a couple as they marvel at all the people who traveled from all corners of the world; or between best friends during the dance floor shenanigans.

When I'm not shooting weddings, I'm probably cycling, trail running or rock climbing -- or working on my newfound passion: perfecting my home-baked sourdough boule.

~ Events are in my blood. I grew up in a family-owned catering business and planned events at Georgetown University before I ever picked up a camera.
~ If I see a dog, I consider it to be a good day.
~ I’m trying to name all the animals that visit our new property. My current favorites are Attila the Bun and Conan the Bar-bear-ian. And our bobcat, Roberta.
~ My idea of a perfect evening is a warm blanket, a good book and a small glass of whiskey.
~ I’m pertinacious to a fault. Few things motivate me more than being told what I want is impossible to achieve.
~ Jesse and I met on spring break in the Bahamas. He offered to buy me a drink. It was an all-inclusive resort.

I love providing natural outdoor photography for fun-loving, adventurous couples. I excel at capturing the scenery and feel of the location while still showcasing the couple and their personalities. My approach is a more laid-back, journalistic style but I mix in stunning artistic portraits as well.

My photography has been featured in Offbeat Bride, the Colorado Weddings Magazine, Luxe Mountain Weddings, Premier Weddings of Denver Magazine, and COUTUREcolorado. I have also been voted to the Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame and rated #1 photographer in Colorado by Top Rated Local.

Hi! I'm Shea. I'm a wedding photographer who loves photographing weddings all over the beautiful state of Colorado, as well as all over the world! I was born in Denver, but moved to the midwest when I was very young. However, I always felt at home when I came to visit Colorado so I knew I would move back here one day. I've been in Colorado for almost three years now and I love everything it has to offer!

We fully plan and take pictures of your Elopement in Telluride and Ouray Colorado! We focus only on adventure elopements with 2 people. Your adventure begins when we pick you up in our Land Cruiser and travel up into the mountains where you can say your vows with no one else around except you, the aspen trees and the mountains! All pictures are delivered within 2 weeks of your elopement!

I'm Sean, and I'm a full-time wedding photographer based in Fort Collins, CO. I don't fabricate moments or force fake emotions - I'm a storyteller. Focusing on capturing real, candid moments is my priority all while creating bold and vibrant environmental portraits.

I started my career as a photojournalist for the Orange County Register in Southern California. I took what I learned from that experience and applied it to the world of weddings which has brought me where I am today. As of 2022 I've shot over 550 weddings and hundreds of engagement sessions and other events. I love capturing couples' love stories in Colorado and througout the country. I specialize in wedding and engagement portraits, but I'm always up for a new challenge!
