I've spent over 15 years in the wedding industry as a storytelling filmmaker, with a background as a BBC-trained video journalist. That experience now shapes how I photograph proposals, engagement shoots, elopements, and deeply personal moments.
I bring that same narrative instinct into my photography. My work isn't about staged moments or editorial perfection. It's about real people, real emotion, and what actually unfolds on the day.. My approach is documentary and story-led, focused on real emotion as it unfolds rather than posed or heavily styled imagery.
My work is ideal for couples who value authenticity over performance, and emotion over perfection. I photograph what matters, not what's staged.
Being truly local gives me a deep understanding of this landscape. The light. The seasons. The logistics.
Being truly local is central to my work. Through long-standing relationships within the community, I'm able to guide couples to intimate, private locations for proposals and vow moments - often on land not accessible to visitors. This brings a sense of calm, privacy, and genuine joy to couples who want something meaningful and discreet in a place that can otherwise feel overwhelming.
I photograph with a filmmaker's eye, anticipating moments, reading situations, and capturing connection without intrusion. I also support couples beyond photography, offering thoughtful planning guidance, local insight, and reassurance throughout the experience.
I'm 'Swisstainable' registered and deeply committed to my community, working responsibly within the Alps and alongside local suppliers to protect the landscapes that define this region.
If you're looking for photography that feels intimate, authentic, and deeply rooted in place, you're in the right hands. And for couples who want both photography and videography, I often capture the story in both formats, offering a seamless, story-led approach without compromise.

I’ve spent over 15 years working professionally in the wedding industry as an international wedding filmmaker.
Before that, I worked as a Pioneer BBC Video Journalist for 20 years. I’ve photographed weddings, elopements, and proposals across Switzerland and Europe for many years.
My background is rooted in long-form documentary storytelling, with extensive experience leading projects solo and working discreetly in high-pressure, emotional environments.
Documentary. Story-led. Unobtrusive.
I photograph what actually happens, not what’s staged.
Real emotion. Real connection. Real moments.
My images aren’t heavily graded.
I use a very light preset, staying close to true tone, so the colours, light, and atmosphere genuinely reflect the day as it was.
I work with a filmmaker’s eye.
Anticipating moments. Reading situations. Staying out of the way.
This work suits couples who value authenticity over performance and emotion over perfection.
I don’t have a traditional studio.
Most couples meet me online before booking.
For local clients or those already in the region, I’m always happy to meet in person when it makes sense.
