My sister introduced me to photography when I was a child. I immediately loved the magic of the darkroom, smells of development baths, texture photo paper!
After studying Photography at theAcademy of Fine Arts, completed in 1999, I experienced a few years of traveling and volunteering in international cooperation, especially in the Middle East, followed by more years of logistics consultancy in the industrial world, without never stop practicing photography as a vital breathing.
These years have allowed me to broaden horizons, to see further, to refine my eyes, and forced me to develop concepts such as method, analysis, rigor and tenacity.
In more than 30 years of continuous photographic practice, I still feel the same need to capture fleeting moments, playing with light and shadows, revealing the soul of the people, the magic moments of grace to witness modestly my view of the world.
I like to give my images rendered film, create personal photos, in a spirit of craftsman. I like the atmosphere and transmitting emotions. I like flirting with classic or contemporary currents in art history.
These are the fruits of my life that I propose.
Today I am a wedding photographer, full-time and happy professional, at your service.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

I'm located in Belgium. The travel fee will depend of wedding location.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

I have photographed my first wedding when I was 13 years old (my sister wedding), in 1989. Since that year , I photographed dozens of weddings as the main photographer.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

My style is personal. I try to reproduce the rendering of classic films and cinema atmosphere. I am discreet but always moving, looking for the ideal frame. I like pictures against the light. I like shadow. I like smiles, tears and funny faces. I like people.

Yes, I use Skype and I have a studio where we can meet.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?
