I'm located in San Jose and serve all of the Bay Area. I do charge travel fees for destination weddings.
I have been in business since 2014 and photograph about 25 weddings a year as the lead photographer.
My style of wedding photography could be described as vibrant with dark shadows (as opposed to light and airy). I would say the balance of photos are 85% photojournalistic and 15% posed candids (my clients are posed by me, but I help prompt natural reactions with jokes).
The most popular package I offer is a full-day coverage with a 2nd professional photographer, which averages $5,000 - $6,000. Each package is customized to best fit the clients' needs.
We have an office in San Jose where we privately meet couples and share our prints and albums. We also use all popular forms of video chats, including Skype, Google Hangouts, and Facetime for the convenience of our couples.
Aside from photography, I enjoy video games, sci-fi movies and shows, and billiards. I have a dog named Logan (named after Wolverine from X-men) and a son named Harrison (named after Harrison Ford). My favorite thing about wedding photography is meeting new and interesting people and hearing their stories. It's always fun to hear 2 different versions of how a couple met from each of them.
