Contact Maria Giulia La Rosa

I like to think of myself as an emotional photographer, because I capture people's emotions and turn them into bi-dimensional images and because I still get emotional at each wedding as if it were the first one.

There must be a reason why you are choosing Italy as your wedding destination, you must love my Country, therefore let me give you a wedding reportage with a touch of Italian style...

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

I live in Umbria, right in the centre of Italy, one hour’s drive from Rome and one hour and twenty minutes’drive from Florence. Therefore I mainly work in Umbria, Tuscany and Latium.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

I have been a wedding photographer for five years

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

I specialize in wedding reportages, and I like to capture the moment. However, as I trained as a fashion photographer, I dedicate a fair amount of time to the couples’ photoshoots.

What's the typical wedding coverage package that you offer? What is the price?

My work starts with preparation and goes on to cake cutting and beyond. I offer a package of ten hours and two photographers from a starting price of 1800 Euros. A budget friendly option and a 4 hour option are available too.

Do you have a studio where we can meet in-person?

I have a studio in Orvieto, however we can have a videochat on Skype, zoom or any other suitable platform.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?

I studied portrait and fashion photography at the Centro Romano di Fotografia & Cinema. I tend to go on refreshment courses at least once a year.

Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

I am also a professional English-Italian translator, which is something that comes in quite handy when talking to prospective spouses from abroad. I love running, ice-creams and my dog Totó.
