My style is best described as photojournalistic, fine art, and dramatic. I leave from each wedding having made new friends and we always blend in with the crowds. We make sure every photograph is edited and given special attention, as we would for our own wedding photos.
While there's absolutely nothing I enjoy more now than a day spent with blushing brides and gigantic bouquets, there was a period not so long ago when a working day meant a portrait of an A-List superstar, an outlaw biker, lusty strippers, Nobel Prize winners, a martyr, many eccentrics and the odd evil genius.
You don't have to be any of the above for me to shoot your wedding!
My style is candid, natural, unposed. I try not to interfere in your day so you can relax and enjoy time with family and friends and leave me to take the photographs! I'm a documentary maker capturing real moments that tell the story of your day. No recreating previous photos or cliches for me, just genuine, authentic photographs
When couples hire me, they're not just hiring a photographer, they're hiring a friend for the day. I love working with couples and creating amazing portraits, not to mention capturing a wedding day as it happens completely unposed and natural, all the smiles and laughter that helps tell the story of the day in the best possible way.
We love to have fun with you on your big day. We adopt a fresh, fun, and relaxed approach to shooting your day - we love to document you and your guests having fun - none of those "say cheese" moments - and we also love to shoot beautiful portraits of you, something that may take pride of place hanging on your living room wall.
Firstly, Let me try and explain myself and my style to you in a few sentences. I am Aaron, a creative photographer and film maker specialising in wedding and studio portraiture. I call my work 'Incircles' because there is a really interesting story about the name, so feel free to ask me sometime if we ever meet!
I offer a creative, unique and alternative approach to photography and film. I provide fun, natural and unposed images with an additional creative style, to help make your shoot the best experience you could have! I am passionate about my work and care about everything I do, whether I am filming a wedding or photographing an engagement shoot, I put 100% into creating images that will capture who you are and create images with lasting memories which you will cherish for years to come!
I work mostly in the West Midlands area, however I do travel across the UK and Europe, so feel free to contact me if you are outside of the area.
Our work is colourful, expressive, moment driven, and a little bit different. If you want two guys documenting your wedding day who feel like a couple of mates, chatting to your guests, and busting some moves on the dance floor, all the while taking amazing photos that show what an awesome couple you two are, and what an amazing wedding day you had, then there's a super strong chance we're the right photographers for you.
I approach each and every wedding with the same enthusiasm and passion to walk away with something special and to tell the story of your wedding as you wish to remember it. I don't take a picture, I preserve a memory.
Whilst the documentary or reportage approach is my primary focus, I like to balance this with a few sprinkles of creativity here and there, to ensure that as a couple you are int he best place at the right time, with beautiful light, allowing yourselves to be who you truly are, for perfectly natural photos. It's a subtle approach that allows me to give you the very best of both worlds on the day.
By nature, I am much happier fading into the background than being the centre-of-attention, which I think actually benefits me in my work. And whilst not much of a dancer myself, I have been known to very quietly (and some would say, badly) sing to myself while working if the band strikes up a particular favourite (my real 'guilty pleasure' being, but not limited to, Teenage Dirtbag. Because I'm cool like that. Ahem.)
My aim is tell your story through your photos, mostly taken from a fly on the wall perspective. I work hard to seek out moments, beautiful light, get creative with some lighting, and don't be surprised to find me on the middle of the dance floor when the music starts. I love my work and the opportunity it gives me to meet amazing people and their families from all over the world.
