An Indian wedding is a riot of colours, sounds, culture and emotions. It is a poignant moment in the lives of not just the bride and the groom, but their families too who have dreamt of, planned and organised the wedding. It is a time of bitter-sweet emotions as parents watch their child cross a threshold into adulthood, starting off on the next leg of this journey called life. There is no place in the world I'd rather be than capturing all of this with my camera.

Lakshmanan started his career as a designer. His love for art and people found a sweet intersection in the field of wedding photography. He went on to join Studio A, one of the reputed wedding photography studios in the country. Emotions are his forte and he takes pride in capturing the 'persona' of the people he shoots. He believes every person has a story to be told, and as a photographer, his vision is always to get closer to it. An avid fan of black & white pictures, he constantly experiments in portraitures and natural light.

I am Ajay Krishnan. Photography, Food and Travel are my rejuvenators (in that order). A self taught photographer, I am inspired by anything and everyone around me. Photojournalism excites me and is my forte. I love documenting the event as it unfolds naturally.

Weddings fascinate me as it gives me an opportunity to interact with the couple and their families, understand their dream and make it a reality.
