I work at Stories by Joseph Radhik. We are a collective of individuals who live and breathe visual art and weddings. We specialize in capturing South Asian weddings in the most aesthetic way possible and we travel the world doing this.

Photography, for me, is not just about the technical aspects but about immersing myself in the story, being present in the moment, and translating the beauty and truth of life into images that resonate deeply with others. I strive to push boundaries and take shots that reflect the essence of my subjects and the world around them.

I grew up in the midst of different cities and cultures, absorbing different environments and always curious about life and its ways. I picked up a camera in an endeavor to document things happening around me quite early on. Photography to me is my means of communicating with this universe, expressing what I cannot express with words, connecting with people's emotions and dreams. My style is to create something new, something different; rather than just being there, I like to make things happen and then be the storyteller. I am a very passionate photographer and once a client has hired me, they know for sure that their memories are going to be captured in the most unique manner possible. Along with my husband Akash, I started WeddingNama and we are very proud of our baby. We give it our heart & soul and work towards making each & every moment beautifully memorable. I am a fearless photographer and I love creating work that is timeless for my couples.

Though I am a certified Chartered Accountant by qualification, I always knew that I wanted to express myself through some creative medium. I had been dabbling in photography since 2008 but found my true love for capturing weddings in 2012 and outcome was Dreamcatchers Photography. I love capturing the eclectic smiles between couples, the playful interactions between friends and family, the unabashed dancing at cocktails, the liveliness, the emotions at weddings. I try to draw in the essence of a moment and have the ability to visualise a unique aesthetic.

We (Sam & Ekta) are a couple that loves making photographs & films of people in love. We are international award winning wedding photographers who believe in a personalised approach, since every wedding is special. We only take up a limited number of assignments a year. A photograph is the pause button of life, where you capture a moment that you cannot recreate. Being a photographer, I always believed that every picture is unique in its own realm and has to be embraced in all its uniqueness. So, when I create a frame, I not only capture a subject in my camera but make a memory out of it that lingers with me throughout and shapes me as a photographer somewhere or the other.

I grew up reading and dreaming of a life in technicolor, full of love and emotions. An insatiable hunger to live this 'full life' brought me to photographing people. Pushing me to create images that are simple and powerful, focusing on those tiny little moments that may be lost in the madness of an event, memories of a lifetime that evoke varied emotions and above all the magic of human connections.
