I am a wedding photography storyteller based in Dubai, UAE, Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom, and I can I shoot anywhere in the world.

My biggest reward is to discover a couple in love that trusts me to narrate their day.

My goal is to capture the most powerful and compelling images to which you will always return. I have won awards in every major international wedding photography competition.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

I am based in Sri Lanka and being a dual citizen of Canada & Sri Lanka I can travel almost anywhere in the world with travel expenses built into my quotations.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

I have been shooting for over 9 years and have over 450 weddings as the primary shooter.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

I have a diploma in photojournalism and as a result my shooting style is primarily documentary, but with a flair for the creative & dramatic.

What's the typical wedding coverage package that you offer? What is the price?

Geeshan was actually one of the first vendors we had reached out to for our wedding (before we had even finalised the exact date and location!). We came across his profile via social media and fell in love with his photography style.

Geeshan was super easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for. Something that was important to us was to not have too much of our time at the wedding taken up by photography only, and we wanted the time to interact with our friends and family. I first met Geeshan Bandara during a mutual project back in 2019, and since then I’ve quietly followed his work on social media—always impressed by the way he captures not just images, but emotions. He exceeded the very concept of Reflections in ways I couldn’t have imagined.

On top of that, he was incredibly easy to work with. Both Akila and I aren’t naturally photogenic, nor are we people who enjoy being the centre of attention. But Geeshan made us feel completely at ease. He took the time to understand us, gave us space to be ourselves, and never forced a moment—yet managed to capture it all with warmth, artistry, and precision.
