I've been using Sprout for a couple of years. It is pretty powerful although I don't take advantage of all of the automated workflows because I like to stay intimately connected to my work- I think it could be of great use to many studios. I love that I can do all of my album proofing and changes within the system- that is a big time saver. Questionnaires are super handy. I do wish they would integrate with a lab for print ordering as I find that my print orders take longer now (although I'm not longer paying a commission like I did with Zenfolio). The system is a little bit slow in terms of responsiveness, but they are always making improvements and the help/chat is always very nice and courteous. My clients have had good experiences with it on their end.

I was looking for a long for a software to combine business management (contracts, clients, inquires), client galleries and also album proofing. It's not perfect yet but the guys behind are working everyday to make it better.
