Where the photographer is permitted to create them, images from behind the officiant are a nice way to show the couple's faces during the ceremony (unlike shots made from the back of the church). Here, the photographer quickly ducked down with a wide-angle lens to add a fun twist. Taking advantage of the backlighting made it possible to capture the rabbi as a shadow. In addition to a bit of levity, this keeps the primary emphasis on the bride and groom.
