I remember vividly the attraction I always had for cameras. When I was a child I used to steal my father’s Ricoh 35 ZF, just to play with it. The metal and the leather under my fingers, the sounds, the smell, all was so charming.

Somewhere down the road I forgot these feelings and I started loving cinema, so I became a filmmaker. But deep inside me that attraction for photography was laying, waiting to wake up again.

In 2015 it struck me unexpectedly, like a love affair. My viewfinder is now the peephole to a more interesting world, full of stories made of single moments that I can't wait to know.

Like your wedding, two main characters, one true story to tell genuinely and honestly, without fiction. Authentic memories of the day of your life, that's all that matters.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

I'm in Berlin, so reach other destinations is not so much expensive for me, we'll find a deal.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

I work as a professional filmmaker since 2005 and as professional photographer since 2014.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

My approach is photojournalistic, the goal is to capture beautiful images that describe at best all the moments and the emotions of a wedding, a reportage. I'm inspired by the work of masters like Ferdinando Scianna, Alex Webb, Garry Winogrand and Bruce Davidson.

As I said a wedding is a true story, so behind every picture it should be a true memory, something that really happened. For me it's not a fashion shoot, that's why also my edits it's very natural.

I usually make photo books, I work hard to make the best layout for every wedding, the final product is story telling as its best.

What's the typical wedding coverage package that you offer? What is the price?

To make a reportage I usually cover the entire wedding, from the dressing to the party. It's usually 10 hour minimum, but I can be hired also for just 2 hours, it's really up to you, depends of what you want.

For a 10 hours package I take 1400 €, charge per hour is 140€.

All the packages include high-resolution files for print, low-resolution files for social media and a online gallery that you can share with your guests.

As I said I make also photo books, beautifully hand crafted in Italy, many different models, fully customizable with different materials and leathers. Starting price for books is 300€.

Do you have a studio where we can meet? Do you use Skype?

If you're in Berlin or in the nearby we can meet at my place, your place or everywhere else, all we need is a laptop and a good cup of coffee or tea to start dealing.

For everything remote we can use Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp, phone, whatever you want.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?

I have a master's degree in D.A.M.S (Cinema, Art, Music and Performing Arts) and a Master in “Cinema and social commitment”. I'm a self-taught photographer with more than 10 years of practice, which is in my opinion the best education there is.

I'm an avid reader of photo books and I have also a couple of masters, old friends and more experienced photographers, that are showing me the right path.

Is there anything else you'd like to share about yourself?

I won a Bronze Award at the Moscow International Foto Awards, two honorable mentions at the International Photography Awards and Prix de la Photography Paris, I’m currently selected on Photo Vogue, my photographic journey has just begun.
