We're a husband and wife team who bring a fresh modern approach to wedding photography. Our aim is to work fast with intention, to create non-traditional informal wedding photography whilst discreetly capturing those very special candid moments to produce our epic portraits that our couples love.
We are a firm favourite with couples that don't necessarily like being in front of the camera and who adore the idea of having more time to have fun and enjoy the celebrations with their guests, rather than posing for photos.

Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee for weddings not in your location?

Located in the Northeast of UK but covering the whole of the UK as well as European Destinations Weddings.

How long have you been in business? How many weddings have you photographed as the main photographer?

After full-time education in Photography I've worked Professional Photographer since 1989 and have photographed hundreds of weddings over the years. I normally photograph about 35-40 weddings per year.

Describe your "style" of wedding photography.

90% of our approach to weddings is documentary and storytelling. My photojournalistic training & experience, enable me to capture decisive moments, position myself in the right place at the right time whilst making the most of whats happening in front of me.
Aiming for 10% of the day to photograph the newlywed portraits & formal groups photos, allowing our couples to spend less time standing in front of the camera and more time celebrating with family and friends, which truly makes the best photos. There is always going to be more of an emotional tie to wedding images that capture the raw emotions, the relationships and amazing fun that happens when you bring two loving families together to become one.

Do you have a studio where we can meet? Do you use Skype?

Skype, FaceTime are popular, but if possible a meeting in person is best.

What are your professional degrees, credentials, affiliations? Have you taken any recent educational workshops or classes?
